Meet the Team

Originally from England, I have over 30 years of experience in the aged care and disability sector. My career has included 10 years as a support worker, care coordinator, and customer service officer, followed by 6 years running my own community care company in the UK. Since moving to Australia, I have worked in aged care administration for 5 years and spent the last 5 years in case management for home care packages. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Care Services and am certified in Case Management.

As a partner with Trilogy Care, I provide coordination for self-managed home care packages that give you full choice and control over your care.

After starting my career in the UK as a support worker in a Bupa residential home, I made the big move to Australia. I first followed my passion for baking, training as a pastry chef and eventually opening my own café.

Over time, my love for the aged care community called me back. I returned to the field as a support worker and found great fulfilment in helping make everyday life a little easier for older people.

I’m now proud to have joined Susan at SJH Support Services as a coordinator. I’m excited to support her in continuing this important work, ensuring our aged community receives the care and respect they deserve in their later years.
